HOW TO MEASURE RING SIZE AT HOME
You'll need one of the following items:
- A flexible tape measure (like you might find in a sewing kit)
- A piece of string or yarn
How to measure:
- Wrap the tape measure around the base of the finger you want to size and match the measurement with the ring size chart below.
- If you're using a piece of string or yarn, wrap it around your finger and then measure that length with a ruler.

FAQs About Our Ring Size Guide
A ring should fit tight enough to feel secure on your finger, usually with slight resistance when sliding over your knuckle. It shouldn't be tight enough to pinch the skin or cause pain. The ring should feel comfortable with minimal spinning or sliding during the day.
To achieve the most accurate result, it's recommended to measure your ring size multiple times over a few days, during different times of day. This is to account for any fluctuations: fingers may be more swollen in the morning, after ingesting a lot of salt, or when you're too warm; fingers can be smaller than usual if you're too cold. It's best to measure your ring size when you're at room temperature on a regular diet day, and the measurement should be repeatable.
If you're between ring sizes, we would recommend reaching out to us directly for assistance. We can discuss sizing for each individual ring, and for many rings in our collection, there are options for half sizes.
- Use an existing ring - The best way to discreetly get someone's ring size is to use one of their existing rings and measure that at home, as long as it fits the same finger that the new ring is intended for.
- Ask family or friends - Ask one of their loved ones to take them "window shopping," try on some rings, and get their size. Or, they may already know their size.
- Choose average size - If you don't know someone's size, you should choose the average stocked size if available, which is 7 for women and 10 for men. You can then determine size once it's no longer a surprise.
