Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased on grazielagems.com may be returned to Graziela Gems for return or exchange within 14 days from when you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging (Graziela Gems gift box and/or pouch).

Please email sales@grazielagems.com for return requests and instructions. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. Shipping costs will be refunded on all approved returns. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than grazielagems.com. Graziela Gems Collection does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn or had the tags removed.

Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received at our returns processing center.
